Is Wi-Fi free? Where can I find the password?

Yes, Wi-Fi is free and fast throughout the property. The password is shown in the room and in the welcome message you’ll receive before check-in.

How can I book at the best rate?

For the best rate we recommend contacting us directly on WhatsApp. You can also book via platforms such as Booking.com and Airbnb, where extra commissions may apply.

Is parking available?

We don’t have private parking. There is free street parking in front of the property or nearby (not reserved and subject to availability).

What time is check-in?

Check-in is usually from 14:00. If you have different needs, please write to us before your arrival and we’ll try to find a solution based on availability.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is by 10:00. For special needs (e.g. luggage storage), please contact us in advance.

Do the rooms have air conditioning?

Yes, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is not included and we are not authorised to serve it. However, you’ll find a small breakfast area with coffee machine and complimentary pods, plus kettle and some utensils to prepare a simple breakfast on your own.

Can I bring pets?

Generally we do not accept pets. It depends on the period and on the room: contact us in advance and we’ll check together if it’s possible.

Is smoking allowed?

No, smoking is not allowed inside the rooms or indoor areas. You may smoke only outside, in the common outdoor areas.

Which payment methods do you accept?

For direct bookings we accept bank transfer, PayPal, major credit/debit cards and cash on site. On Booking and Airbnb the payment methods are those offered by the platform.

Can I make special requests?

Of course. Please let us know your requests in advance (for example arrival time, room preferences or specific needs) and we’ll do our best to help you, depending on availability.

Is it possible to add an extra bed?

It depends on the period and on the type of accommodation. Not all rooms allow an extra bed and an additional fee may apply. Write to us on WhatsApp with your dates and number of guests and we’ll check together.

Can I leave my luggage after check-out?

Leaving luggage after check-out depends on availability on the day. If you need this service, please let us know in advance and we’ll confirm if it is possible.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the period and on the booking channel (direct, Booking, Airbnb). Before confirming, always check the booking summary or contact us on WhatsApp for more details.

Do you provide cleaning and linen change during the stay?

Full cleaning and linen change are provided before your arrival. During the stay, daily cleaning is not included; extra changes of sheets and towels are available on request for a small additional fee.

Are the rooms quiet?

The rooms are located in a quiet residential area and are designed to offer maximum comfort. As in any urban setting, some outside noise may vary depending on the time of day and season.

Can I request a late check-out?

Late check-out is not guaranteed but can be evaluated based on bookings on the day. If you need it, contact us in advance: an extra fee may apply.

Which amenities are included in the room?

Each room has a private bathroom with shower, smart TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hairdryer and a basic courtesy set. In the common area you’ll also find a kettle and coffee machine with complimentary pods.
